  • We will text or email the menu for the week.  You opt-in, go custom or take a week off.


About the Meals:

We curate a diverse selection of steak, chicken, and vegan options every week. Each meal includes protein, carbs, and veggies.

How are your meals better than other quick-serve restaurants?


First, we have worked with a sports nutritionist to build out the proper balance of carbs, veggies, and protein for the “average athlete” by sport.  If you want to customize any meal for your needs, we can do that with custom meals in-store or by request.


Next, we have some HUGE differences in our food preparation:

  • No seed oils are used in preparing the meat or rice

  • No added sugar to the rice or carbs

  • We measure and weigh the meat for every meal to ensure the correct ounces are included in the meal.

  • Our average meal has 51-56g of protein, while Chipotle chicken bowl only has 43g.  We pride ourselves on not skimping on what the athletes need for recovery-- Protein.


How long are the meals suitable for?


The meals should remain refrigerated for up to 4 days.  To prepare the meals, you simply put them in the microwave for 2 mins.


What if I want more custom meals?


We work with a lot of athletes to build meals based on their needs.  Some athletes are trying to build muscle and want more protein, while others are injured and monitoring their carbs.  These are simple changes we can work with you to build into your plan to ensure your body is getting what it needs.

I don’t see our practice location- how do I get it added?
