Why Our Meals Stand Out
Firstly, we've collaborated with a sports nutritionist to achieve the right balance of carbs, veggies, and protein for athletes. We also provide custom meals on request or in-store.
Key differences in our food preparation include:
- No seed oils used in our meat or rice preparation.
- No added sugar in our rice or carbs.
- We precisely measure and weigh the meat in each meal.
- Our meals contain 51-56g of protein on average, more than the 43g in a typical Chipotle chicken bowl. We prioritize providing athletes the protein they need for recovery.
Meal Storage and Preparation
Our meals should be refrigerated and are good for up to 4 days. To heat the meals, simply microwave them for 2 minutes.
